Fran began selling real estate on Kauai in 2005 and has specialized in sales on Kauai’s south shore for the past 15 years. Fran has earned numerous Realtor designations: ABR - Accredited Buyer Representative. SRS - Seller Representative Specialist, RENE - Real Estate Negotiation Expert and GRI - Graduate Realtor Institute. Most recently, Fran has become a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist with Million Dollar Guild recognition.

Fran is also a highly active member of her community. She has volunteered with the Kauai Monk Seal Hui, Kauai Surfrider and Kauai Food Bank. She currently serves as a board member of Kukuiula Outrigger Canoe Club and Kauai Habitat for Humanity. Fran is also a planning committee member of Koloa Plantation Days and race director of the Koloa Plantation Days Family Fun Run. When not paddling canoes or volunteering, her favorite outings include hiking, open ocean swimming and scuba diving.
